Herzog Administração was created in 1998 in response to the need of one of the largest engineering companies in Brazil to build its first logistics/industrial park in São Paulo. The Herzog Group was brought in to manage the logistics/industrial units as it was the only firm with the necessary expertise in this segment in Brazil in the 1990s. Herzog has managed more than 1.5 million square meters since that time.
In 2021, the Herzog Group decided to combine its different companies. In addition to further strengthening its real estate businesses, its administrative services now focus on Lease Administration and Consulting and Mentoring for the consolidation and specialization of client plant operations.

Based on our 20+ years of experience in implementing and operating large logistics parks with up to 140 thousand square meters and managing more than 1.6 million square meters, we will focus services previously executed by Herzog Administração on Consulting and Mentoring for managing logistics developments.

Herzog consolidated its name in the market for providing a high level of service and for developing highly-qualified teams in the technical and administrative areas, as well as a management team active in all stages of the process. Our main quality is service excellence, and our goal is to mentor and empower other teams so they can execute the same processes with the same know-how and quality that we conduct processes at Herzog Administração.

The objective is to work closely with clients to guide and consolidate their operations, from designing new real-estate development projects, adapting or adjusting existing operations, reviewing processes and procedures, pursuant to an operational and administrative audit concept, as well as annual plan definition.
