Technical Reports

These Reports may be requested for judicial purposes, wealth appraisals, lease start/end inspection visits, mortgage collateral, insurance, etc.

Simplified Commercial Opinions

Drawing on the vast expertise amassed from selling real estate, out network of highly qualified associated brokers can issue commercial opinions regarding the value that a property can get in the market.

Machinery & Equipment

Determine the “Market Value” of machinery and equipment in the state they are in and that are part of a company’s net worth. The report is conducted in accordance with Appraisal Standards (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards – ABNT) and technical publications issued by the Brazilian Institute of Appraisals and Expert Examinations (IBAPE), according to NBR-14,653-5/ABNT.
